Continuing from last two weeks (?) weekend project which I made an eggless Tiramisu,

This week, I got my hands dirty doing Chocolate Pudding Pie.

Got the recipe from this blog (much thanks to the blog owner for the recipe, both the Tiramisu and the Chocolate Pudding Pie was delicious. I’d highly recommend her recipes if you want to try them)

To atone for my failure of not taking any pics of the Tiramisu, I went ahead and took the picture of the Chocolate Pudding Pie before I dug into it.

Here it is.

 

 

Yeah, I’m still working on the looks department, but at least I got the taste department right. I realized I didn’t have a pie pan so I opted to use my 7 inch spring form pan instead. Which is why the pie looks more like a cake than a pie.

 

Anyway, my tasters (which consists of my family members; some who are dead honest) said it was delicious, so now I can make another batch to give to my main tasters (which are even more dead honest).

 

Next week I’m thinking of doing something that has nothing to do with desserts. I just hope I have the drive to actually do it. _(^^;)?
